This area is also known as the Palmerston Fairgrounds and is great for hosting baseball tournaments.  It has two lit baseball diamonds that have Marco clay infields and bullpens. The Barb Wright Pavilion located next to the  diamond has a picnic seating area, concession booth, washroom facilities, a playground structure and a batting cage. The second ball diamond on site is the Kinsmen ball diamond. These diamonds host the Palmerston Marlins competitive girls fastball association, Minto Minor Ball, the Minto Men’s Slow Pitch league (3x/wk), 4 Ladies Slow Pitch teams, a church youth league, and the Moorefield Slow Pitch League (1x/wk).  These ball diamonds host tournaments for Minto Minor ball, the Marlins, the Minto Men’s slow pitch league, and others. There are usually upwards of ten weekend tournaments hosted at these two baseball diamonds. These diamonds are also used by local schools.
