Floral Sponsorship Program

Bloom with us in 2024!

The Town of Minto’s downtown streets are brightened each summer by the colourful blooms that spill from hanging baskets and planters.

We would love to have you Bloom With Us in 2024 by choosing to support these displays through a contribution to our Floral Sponsorship Program this season. Be assured that the flowers will arrive in June as they typically do regardless of donations. This is simply a request for your assistance to help offset some of the expenses associated with these in exchange for some recognition.

Donations of any amount are sincerely appreciated. We are however recognizing donors at the following levels: Blossom ($250+), Sprout ($100+), Seed ($50+) with various perks. Please see below for details. 

If you choose to join us, we ask that this form be completed and returned by filling out this online form or downloading the PDF below and emailing to erin@town.minto.on.ca or mailing to the Town of Minto Office by May 17th, 2024. Payment will be accepted by cheque or e-transfer.

Blossom | $250+

• Business Name included as a Blossom Sponsor on signage on the 6 Town of Minto Community Poster Boards.
• Spotlight as a Blossom Sponsor on the Town of Minto Facebook & Instagram.
• Recognition as a Blossom Sponsor on the Palmerston Electronic Sign
• Mention as a sponsor on the three downtown websites.
• Inclusion on a social media post recognizing all sponsors.
• Window sticker to recognize your business as a Blossom Sponsor
• Tax Receipt.

Sprout | $100+

• Business Name included as a Sprout Sponsor on signage on the 6 Town of Minto Community Poster Boards.
• Spotlight as a Sprout Sponsor on the downtown social media group in your community (Harriston Rising, Clifford Connects or All Aboard Palmerston).
• Mention as a sponsor on the three downtown websites.
• Inclusion on a social media post recognizing all sponsors.
• Tax Receipt.

Seed | $50+

• Business Name included as a Seed Sponsor on signage on the 6 Town of Minto Community Poster Boards.
• Mention as a sponsor on the three downtown websites.
• Inclusion on a social media post recognizing all sponsors.
• Tax Receipt.
