Join us full-steam ahead for Ales on the Rails!
The Palmerston Raleway Festival is a celebration of local railway history, food and drinks! Our goal is to bring a new demographic to our picturesque and heritage-rich Railway Museum in Palmerston and treat them with local breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries and an experience on the rails.

Vendor Benefits
All beverage vendors will receive a $300 honourarium and 50% of drink sales at your booth.

Participating Vendor Information
Included below is information for all participating vendors (subject to change).
Upon Arrival
- Vendors can set-up at 10:30am at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum (164 William St, Palmerston).
- Enter the parking lot & volunteers will direct you to the unloading area (details provided closer to date).
- Volunteers will also be available with trolley carts to assist with unloading vehicles and booth set-up.
- A site layout will be provided closer to the event date to aid in an easy set-up!
We will provide
- Tables & chairs
- 10ft x 10ft space for booth
- 7 oz cups
We ask that you provide
- Tent (recommended)
- Ice/refrigeration for your beverages
- (if you need hydro, please let us know by Friday, June 6th)
- Promotional signage and materials
Other Important Information
- Prior to the event start time, vendors are invited to have their photo taken in front of our hand cars for a unique promotional opportunity!
- Beverages should be offered in the following sizes: Beer - 4oz, Mixed drink - 3oz, Spirit - 1oz
- Event attendees can purchase tokens for $2 at the event to use in exchange for beverages at your booth.
- Selling product will NOT be permitted, but we encourage you to bring + distribute promotional material as well as take orders for you prodcut at your booth.
- Payment for participation will be provided within two weeks following the event and will include the $300 honorarium + $1 per token collected at your booth.
- Please collect tokens. A volunteer will be around at the end of the event to count the number you received with you.
- Bathrooms are available at porta-potties located on the premises.
- Food will be available for purchase during the event.
- The event will conclude at 4:00pm and volunteers will be available to help load vehicles.
- A poster will be provided to participating vendors. Please feel free to share to promote that you will be attending!
