The Significant Weather Event, declared concerning the forecasted flash freeze, blizzard, snowfall, snow squall and blowing snow commencing at 10:00, 2022-12-23, pursuant to O.Reg 239/02, is declared over as of 10:00, 2022-12-28. 

The Town of Minto thanks all the snow and sidewalk plow operators and staff who have been working diligently to keep the roads and sidewalks cleared during this weather event.

 Thank you to our residents for sacrificing their holiday plans and staying off the roads during this weather event, allowing a relatively speedy recovery and to anyone who assisted other residents or stranded travelers.
