Town of Minto to Remain Closed to the Public, Continue Virtual Council Meetings

TOWN OF MINTO- The Town of Minto continues to keep public safety as top priority during the unique circumstances surrounding COVID-19. As the cases in our area begin to rise, due in large part to the very contagious delta variant, the Town of Minto remains committed to safeguarding the health, wellbeing, and safety of our employees.
The Municipal Office will remain closed to the public for the time being. We are continuing to monitor the situation, and we encourage the public to check traditional and social medias as well as the Town of Minto website for updates. We encourage members of the Public to book appointments for services that require them to meet with staff in person. To do so, please call the municipal office and follow the appropriate phone prompts to reach the department you need. If you are unsure of who to direct your inquiry, simply press 0 and we will be more than happy to direct your call. If you know the email address of the person you need to reach, electronic communication is always a great option. All staff contact information can be found under the Contact Us section of the town’s website at www.town.minto.on.ca/contact-us.
The Town of Minto will continue with virtual Council meetings for the time being. All council meetings will be held via Zoom, the link to watch a meeting can be found both on the Town website or our Facebook page. If you wish to participate in a council meeting, you must preregister with the Clerk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the office at 519-338-2511 ext 230.
