TOWN OF MINTO MUNICIPAL OFFICE, LAUNCHIT MINTO TO OPEN WEDNESDAY JULY 22, 2020
The Town of Minto continues to keep public safety as top priority during the unique circumstances surrounding COVID-19. After the recent Provincial announcement, all administrative buildings for the Town of Minto will be opening on Wednesday July 22, 2020. The Town has installed Plexiglas guards at the front desk, hand sanitizer dispensers in multiple locations, and implemented various other health and safety measures to ensure the health of our staff and residents.
If visiting the office, please note face coverings are mandatory as per section 22 of Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health’s class order.
Residents are reminded that the following guidelines remain in place:
- Stay home if you feel unwell
- Practice social distancing
- Practice frequent hand cleaning

The Town of Minto will also be returning to live public Council Meetings. To ensure that proper social distancing protocols can be followed, Council Meetings will be rotating between the Town’s three community complexes, beginning with Clifford in August, followed by Harriston in September and Palmerston in October.
