- 150 Main St E, Palmerston, ON N0G 2P0
Join us outside for a community hike to help beat the blues and break up the stress in our bodies through nature, movement, and connection!
We'll meet in the Palmerston Foodland parking lot next to the train. We will move to the trailhead on Inkerman St. together from there. There is ample parking available.
This is an "in-and-out" trail, so we will be returning to the parking lot at the end of the session. All attendees must register for the event to ensure small group sizes and for contact tracing.
This hike's theme will be community and connection: addressing isolation and how staying connected to other people and the land can help us ground and stay well.
