Industrial Parks

The Town of Minto is located at the north-western boundary of Wellington County, well situated mid-way between the major centres of southern Ontario and popular recreational areas along the eastern shore of Lake Huron and southern Georgian Bay. It is only a 1 to 1 ½ hour drive from the municipality to cities in Canada's Golden Horseshoe industrial heartland like Toronto and Hamilton and under an hour to Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph.

The Town of Minto owns the following industrial parks:

Palmerston

The Palmerston Industrial Park, is a Town-developed industrial park, consisting of 55 acres and is situated on Hwy #123.

These Town-owned industrial lots are available for purchase. Properties are rough-graded and serviced to the lot line with 1" water and sanitary connections. Zoning of these sites is M1-30H 

The remaining available parcels are priced at $60,000 per acre.
