All Council meetings will start at 7:00 p.m. and all Committee of the Whole meetings will start at 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted on the website.

Council may, by Resolution, alter the date and/or time of a regular Council meeting. Notification of such changes will be posted to this site and published once in the local press.
The Town of Minto may consider items that could impact the 2011 budget at its Council meetings. All interested members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Any person or persons wishing to appear before Council on any matter pertinent to the business of the Corporation must notify the Clerk and provide a written copy of the submission no later than 12 noon on the Wednesday preceding the Council meeting in order that deputation may be listed on the agenda.
